Leadership is conspicuous by its absence from many organisations.  Properly functioning organisations are also few.  Conflict exists in most organisations but managers are at a loss to know how to eradicate these problems.

Organisations are networks of participation.  Achieving the fullest possible participation of all involved will ensure greater productivity, and there higher profits.
